Sometimes there will be age restrictions, why is this?
For some roles we are obliged by regulations only to employ people over a certain age (this can be 18 or 21 years, depending on the role).
What documentation should I bring to interview?
You will be required to bring evidence of your right to work in the UK, proof of qualifications, and original documentation to support your DBS application. However all of these details will be explained in your interview invitation letter, should you receive one.
Why do I need to have a DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) check?
The majority of our roles require a DBS check, if you are required to work with vulnerable adults. A DBS check will identify any previous convictions, cautions, reprimands or warnings. This can take anywhere between 3-4 weeks on average, sometimes longer.
Will I receive feedback if I am not successful?
