We make sure we do this by carrying out regular supervisions, having monthly team and user meetings and holding regular user forums

We make sure we do this by completing comprehensive assessments, support plans and risk plans and working with external partners

We ensure we do this by holding events, organising group activities and challenges, sharing information and providing regular training

We ensure we do this by celebrating achievements and making sure we have consent before we do anything

We make sure we do this by holding monthly key working meetings, creating detailed daily reports and maintaning development action plans

Observe and reflect – On what we do

We ensure we do this by producing monthly KPI reports, carrying out regular quality walks/audits, debriefing & reflecting on what we have done
