Wellbeing and Care
Our professional practice must always prioritise the wellbeing of others. Employees shall promote the cultural, religious, and personal values of our tenants, and maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries during and outside working hours.
Professional Behaviour
It is essential for employees to maintain a professional approach i.e. arriving to work on time, clocking in & out, dressing appropriately for work etc. It is a requirement for employees to carry their ID cards
at work. It is essential to participate in training & all supervisions.
Interaction with Colleagues
Respect and collaboration must be a basic requirement for all interactions. Bullying, harassment, discrimination, or gossip will not be tolerated. Employees must report any unacceptable behaviour im-
mediately and promote a supportive, inclusive work environment.
Misconduct
Examples of gross misconduct include theft, dishonesty, fraud, assault, bullying, harassment, serious breach of confidentiality or health and safety protocols. It’s also important to avoid general misconduct, such as lateness. Such behaviour prevents you from being seen as a reliable team player by your colleagues and trusted by the individuals we’re supporting.
Whistleblowing and Safeguarding
Employees must immediately report any bad practice, safeguarding concerns or abuse through the appropriate channels, by following the correct reporting procedures, in line with company policy.
