Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and support for care staff in ensuring the safety, dignity, and well-being of service users with learning disabilities, mental health difficulties, and other complex needs.
• Collaborate with GPs, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to address the medical, psychological, and emotional needs of service users.
• Conduct comprehensive care assessments, develop individualised support plans, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.
• Promote independence, choice, and activity-based care while maintaining high standards of infection control, medication management, and safety protocols.
