We are happy to announce that, after a successful consultation period with their current service users, their families and care managers, the decision has been made to deregister 22-24 Thurlestone Avenue and lease the building to Cloverley Properties who will be able to provide individual assured short hold tenancies to those individuals who have chosen to remain on site and take a support package from Accedo.
The building will provide 6 self-contained flats as well as a communal kitchen, dining room and garden for the use of tenants should they choose to socialise. The de-registration of Thurlestone Avenue has now been approved by the regulator and services will commence after the current service users have been officially informed, bringing the consultation to a happy conclusion at the beginning of April 2017.
