We offers all staff a full training package. This includes both E learning, live courses and in-house training and mentorship based on subjects that are relevant to the individuals we support. We offer all of the standard training courses as part of our induction such as first aid, safeguarding, MCA/DOLS, health & safety, medication, COSHH and infection control. Our further training courses and bespoke tailored training packages include subjects such as Autism, Asperger’s, Epilepsy, supervision, report writing and risk assessment. We discuss training needs with all staff in supervision and welcome ideas from all of our employees about other training options they would like to explore.
